MUSEE GINZA｜ミュゼ銀座ギャラリー 近代建築×現代アート

MUSEE GINZA_KawasakiBrandDesignの新施設となるアートコンテナが
2023年夏、千葉県南房総市に完成します。
銀座ギャラリーの新アネックスとして、現代アート作品の保管を中心に、
プライベート展示、取引の場として、新築計画を進めてまいりました。

コンテナは海上輸送用の国際規格であり、世界中の洋上や湾岸から幹線道路までを網羅しています。
世界の物流、敷いては経済の血液のような存在であり、当社 川崎ブランドデザインの国際志向と合致したため
新拠点の躯体・ファサードとして採用しました。

2つのコンテナを斜め45度に配した斬新なファサードは、既存の視野を転換（ツイスト）させ、未来眺望を促します。
銀座ビルのビンテージな近代建築とは真逆の価値で、現代建築としての剛性ある存在感を放ちます。
2023年9月プレオープン（完全予約制）。MUSEE GINZA（銀座）では本プロジェクトを初公開する建築展も開催します。どうぞご期待ください。

MUSEE GINZA_KawasakiBrandDesign’s new facility, Art Container, will be completed in the summer of 2023 in Minamiboso, Chiba Prefecture. As an annex to the Ginza Gallery, the project has been planned primarily for the storage of contemporary art works, as well as a place for private exhibitions and trade. Containers are the international standard for maritime transportation, covering the entire world, from ocean and bay shores to trunk roads. They are the blood of global logistics and, in turn, the blood of the economy, and they match the international orientation of MUSEE GINZA. The facade of the new location was chosen because of its international orientation. The novel façade of two containers twisted at a 45-degree angle shifts the existing perspective and encourages a view into the future.With a value that is the complete opposite of the vintage charm of modern architecture of the Ginza Building, it exudes a sense of presence as a contemporary building.
